Can I submit my AI-Generated Artwork and or Logo ?

We are happy to work with AI-generated artwork and logos. However, because AI-generated images are created using methods that do not always translate well to professional printing, submitted artwork may require adjustments or reconstruction before it can be considered print-ready.In some cases, an AI-generated design may not be usable in its original form due to image quality, resolution, small details, unusual shapes, or other issues. If this happens, we may need to recreate, redraw, or rebuild portions of the artwork. While we will make every effort to stay as close to the original design as possible, the finished artwork may vary from the AI-generated image.Additional artwork or design fees may apply when an AI-generated image requires significant editing, cleanup, vectorization, reconstruction, or recreation to make it suitable for printing. Any additional charges will be discussed with you before this work is completed.Some AI-generated designs may not be able to be reproduced accurately or may require significant changes to make them suitable for printing.

When will I see my order after placing an order through your online store?

We make our novelty items as the orders are placed.  Everything is custom made.  With this in mind, please allow at least a week for the item(s) to be created.  Once your item(s) have been created they will ship the next business day.  Please allow 3-5 days for the mail to make it to your location.

It is recommended to turn your shirt inside out and wash on a gentle cycle.

Can you help build a website for my company?

Yes. We offer website services through Wix. This allows us to create the site in a timely manner and allows you the ability to make changes to the site as needed after it has been created. Please contact us for pricing information.

Do you offer custom logo design services?

Yes, we will work with you directly to create the perfect logo for your company/business.

How long do vinyl die cut decals last?

We use a long lasting 5 year vinyl product for our die cut decals and vehicle lettering .  We have seen our decals last much longer than that.

Do you offer bigger sizes and/or tall sizes?

If you need a bigger size than what is listed or a tall size please reach out and let us know.  In most cases , the larger sizes and tall sizes are limited in color options.

Do you accept returns?

Since all of our items are custom made to order, we do not accept returns.  With that being said, if there are any issues, please reach out to us and we will do our best to  resolve the issue.

Do you offer embroidery?

No.  We do not offer embroidery.

Do you offer vehicle wraps?

Accepted Answer

No.  At this time we do not offer vehicle wraps. We do not cover your entire vehicle in vinyl .  We do offer vehicle lettering.  Contact us today for a quote.

Why is your phone number not listed on here?

In recent years we have seen an overwhelming amount of spam calls and "robo" calls.  This seems to come from web crawlers scanning for phone numbers on sites.  After dealing with this for many years, we have found that removing our phone number made it stop.   Please reach out by email and we will gladly call you .
